A lovely old sundial.
Lovely blues and yellow Karl, everytime I see one of these sundials.. I want one for my garden :)
I love these sun dials.
Nice looking sundial. It's prettier than many clock faces, but I'm sure it used to be more frustrating on cloudy days!
I love sundials and this one is really beautiful!
Ich liebe auch Sonnenuhren obwohl ich immer Schwierigkeiten habe, die richtige Uhrzeit zu lesen! Diese ist herrlich!
Very cool post...the sundial is a great way of marking the origination of the building as well as its normal use. Love the tree branch shadows, too.
Karl, the one with the shadows is lovely. 1718? Yes, I remember that year fondly.
That is beautiful.
An artistic posting. I liked it!:)
Nice! It is as if the tree shadows are trying to confuse the sundial.
