You have a lot of these roadway mirrors in your area. I wish we had more of them as they can be very helpful to drivers and a photographer can get great reflective images in them!
Re your comment: No crocodiles, but there are alligators in that river.
Never miss an opportunity to shoot a self portrait in a traffic mirror, that is my rule.
ReplyDeleteI do not if it is possible, I am very shy :)
DeleteI often wonder how effective these mirrors are? Good shot!
ReplyDeleteI've just stopped and enjoyed the reflections (and the snow), now I must move on because someone is honking behind me.
ReplyDelete:-)
Two for the price of one!!
ReplyDeleteThose mirrors could be sunglasses of the traffic police... lying in wait for someone to run the stop sign.

such a great composition... I took time to admire the view... Well done
ReplyDeleteA perfect composition with also two nice reflections!
ReplyDeleteThere is lots to see in those reflections.
ReplyDeleteCreative composition, Karl... and the scenery's lovely!
ReplyDeleteI don't see those here often, at least on the street. We do see them in a network of tunnels beneath campus wherever there's a bend in the path.
Always good to stop and take a look at the world around us (not to mention being mindful of oncoming traffic:-)
ReplyDeleteNow that is a great reflection shot!
ReplyDeleteSuper clever! A gem of a reflection shot (also a very serene looking place:)!
ReplyDeleteThis is more than just a reflection shot Karl.. Like it very much
ReplyDeleteGreat idea!
ReplyDeleteExcellent composition indeed ! Those two mirror and the stop sign looks so weird so intriguing... Well done !
