I'm glad you explained what this is. Seems a bit large for a wee chestnut, though! :) I tried to pronounce the name and my mouth got so twisted that I could speak for 30 minutes. My wife appreciated that! :)
This tool is new to me, but that's not surprising as the chestnut tree has been lost to the North American continent. Still it works well as a piece of sculpture.
