Hmmm...I don't know quite what to think of these. On the one hand they resemble spiritual seekers, but that doesn't really apply to the younger person. On the other hand, they could be prisoners marching to their destiny or Jews being led to the trains heading for Auschwitz. Intriguing statues for sure.

ReplyDeleteI like them. They remind me of some sculpture in Dublin that represent the starving Irish leaving for America during the potato famine.
