And a hint of mountains, I see. My cousin owns an orchard; he prefers for blossoms to wait a bit longer- too early and you can have serious problems with your crop if there's a sudden frost.
I will never get used to this European method of containing the apple tree branches on wire. I can understand how practical it is for the workers in the orchard, but it somehow seems "cruel" to the tree.
