Not every hour has weight
Not every day is sunny
If you're going constantly in splendor and light
Then you feel no more incantation.

I always like a new sundial and this one is beautiful and unusual. On the side I am quite proud that my not very good German was (almost) enough to understand the text, with some decisive help from your translation.
