The South Tyrolean eagle

The South Tyrolean eagle is the official emblem of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano.

This is interesting. I googled "German eagle" to see if I could see differences from the Bolzano eagle. Most showed an eagle like the bottom one, with vertical feathers and without a crown, but in black.
