Nice ! I first thought it was reflecting in water !!
It almost looks like big spider-like hands trying to grab that car.
The others above have it correct. Fine reflection. I especially like the second one with the street light as well.
Hah! I didn't understand the reflection when I saw only the first photograph. Very clever.

Brilliant reflection Karl, I would never have guessed if you hadn't added the second shot..just shows you what's possible if you keep your eyes open.
