If someone sits on the bench and leans back on the rose bush, I don't think the silence would continue.
To sit amongst the roses on a solid wooden bench . . . what joy!love the rocky road that leads to it as well, it all blends together so well.

It may be my age, but that quote is right on target! This is a beautiful spot. I've heard of bunches of roses but never benches of roses...I like!

Wonderfull place to sit down. It smells good.I love your carvings in benches. I've seen them also in Germany and Switzerland.
This would be a good spot to sit and catch your breath!
And the thorns scratch!Karl, I was on a small cruise ship, so Bolzano was not on the itinerary. Another time!
