An incredible instrument! Any link to a sample of his music?
@VP: I found this one...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DMNdMiP0QEo
Thanks for the link. This is a new instrument to me, although I've seen some like it. And I find it interesting that you also call people by two first names. In the southern part of the U.S. there are a lot of Joe Bob's, or Carrie Jean's, or Billie Jo's. :)
@Lowell: In this case is "Walter" the surname. It is the 37th most common surname in Germany... (font: Wikipedia)
Great photos of this talented man! Am glad to see the umbrella shielding him from the sun's rays.
I went to the link you put above to hear what the music sounds like. Very enjoyable.
I would like to be a tourist there and listen his music.
JK. I took the link. This is really complex and very special player. Very nice.
I think that is the first time I've seen an instrument like this.
I'm off to check out the link for this instrument!
Un personaggio caratteristico! Ciao, Arianna
Klaus Walter und die Geigenzitter. Ich glaube er ist einer der letzten Musiker, der dieses Instrument noch spielt
