Is this a church that is in use?
Here some churches are not in use, or perhaps only every 2.or 3.Sunday.
We have people in Stavanger that complains about church bells at 10 or 11 on Sunday mornings. I read about it in the newspapers last week.... Well, it is early morning. Coffee time for me. Have a nice Sunday! :-)
One doesn't even need to know how the lock works to appreciate just its craftsmanship.
Perfect images of this little church.
Love that handle and lock...
That door handle and lock looks like high craft of a skilled blacksmith from the 19th Century or even earlier. This little church has an abandon look about it. Perhaps it is just seldom used? Beautiful photos.
I love the old and weathered look of this place.
Beautiful photos, Karl. The church looks very old!
A lovely little church, Karl!
Your second and third images are lovely. I got confused by the first photo . . . I couldn't figure out the leaning wall or roof on the left side.
A pretty church, and it looks quite enduring.
Carina la chiesetta, originale poi la serratura! Ciao, Arianna
This is a very sweet little church Karl, it looks a little unloved :(
I love this beautiful place and this little church.
Such a pretty little church!
