They certainly catch the eye! And the view from the bench in the second photo is amazing..
Shot #1 is so artsy with the so red shutters and bench. Shot #2 is dynamite! Wow! What a view. I get a little queasy from such heights, but it is a superb photo, Karl!
That's a good color for benches.
Roja is an excellent shade for both the shutters and the benches.

The woman in the second photo has a pretty amazing view. Worth enjoying even in the winter.
