Da tlo uinans,
scirmei te n mond
che ie for plu dedora...
Luech dla desmincënza,
tiera dura y crëp,
śën te lascions
a ti arbandonn semient
cun l passà
de chëi che ie stac
y ne s'arjonj nia plu...
Vënt cruf de nëif
liëia mi sentì
pesoch de duel
ala natura.

We came from here,
thrown into a faraway world...
Place of oblivion,
hard soil and rock,
we leave you now
to your dreaming abandon
together with the past
of those who have lived
and don't reach us anymore...
Raw wind of snow
ties my feelings
heavy with pain
to nature.
