That looks like a place where wind might be plentiful.
The windmill is the sort we'd see out west here. That mountain is achingly beautiful.
The old windmills around here were for pumping water. The new ones produce electricity. The one in your photo might just tell something about wind speed and direction. Fine photo with that dramatic mountain in the background.
