Very popular in South Tyrol, the Wienerschnitzel ! (also called Wienerle)
Interesting detail: In Italian it is called Bistecca alla milanese or Cotoletta alla milanese.

Oh yum. Do you deliver to France ?!
Looks tasty, Karl!
This looks delicious. I haven't eaten any of it cooked properly since I was in Germany decades ago.
...looks good.
Not sure if I accidentally deleted or posted my comment half way through writing it so apologies if this is a repeat - The schnitzel looks nice but those fries - chips we call them - look a bit on the thin crispy side to me.
A perfect location, between Milano and Wien, to have a Wiener Schnitzel!
My best dish of this wonderful food was also in Germany. Chefs in the U.S. just can't seem to duplicate the taste properly.
I think I would like this a lot. And it looks like something you might find in this country...maybe...
That is exactly what I had for lunch when I visited Bolzano a few years ago!
That looks delicious Karl.
Yummy!
That looks so good! I don't think I can find it here.
In Israel everyone eats schnitzel but it is thin breaded chicken breast, fried. Also with a lemon slice.
Your real Wienerschnitzel looks delicious.
