Had no idea there was a firefighters protector. Interesting mural.
A nice piece of art on the wall.
There is even a saying: St. Florian, St. Florian, verschon dies Haus, zünd andre an! = St Florian, spare this house, light up another one! But on a more serious note you will find murals and statues to St. Florian all over Europe where German is spoken (possibly also in other languages but I am not sure about that), often in the vicinity of fire stations. If St Florian is depicted on houses it is often where a fire brigade commander lives or used to live. --- PS: I like the mural from the Dolomites!
I bet firefighters appreciate his help! Nice photo!
Fine looking mural and lantern. Looks like both could be from a much earlier century.
Excelente trabalho fotográfico.
Uma boa semana.

...firefighters need a saint!
Love the way you've composed this shot Karl ✨
Both suit each other well.
I was going to ask if this was a fire station or perhaps a bar where firefighters congregate...but now I see it could be a house where a fire person lives. Very interesting. Love that lamp!
Nice mural, Karl. I love that lamp too, it looks fantastic in this nicely composed photo. They work well together.
Good ones! The firefighters need to have someone watching over them!
Very pretty!
Two pretty details.
Ho sempre ammirato gli affreschi che decorano le facciate delle vostre abitazioni.
The entire composition is full of old world charm. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
Ancora una ottima composizione...
