It hangs on a rope and displays the current weather.
The stone is dry = good weather
The stone hangs calmly = no wind
The stone moves = windy
The stone turns = stormy
The stone is wet = rain
The stone is white above = snowbound
The stone is under water = high water
The stone is invisible = fog
Found in a garden in Pufels / Bulla (Gardena Valley)
