I wonder how long they've been there Karl? Even a little faded they are pretty special.

This is amazing. You wouldn't find anything like this in Ocala. The mural is quite beautiful!

I enjoyed seeing these old and sometimes faded murals on some of the older structures when I visited Italy. They give little glimpses into the past.

These are much more traditional than the street art that is painted nowadays.

Interesting mural. We seldom paint murals on houses any more. Not sure why. Perhaps it is fashion and economics?

I can't imagine anything like this here!

It has a lovely feel to it!

Unusual. I like the faded, traditional feeling to this mural. It fits the building.

Bolzano must have had strong religious roots given the religious iconography that can be found in your town. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.

Unusual, at least to my eyes.
I am not used to seeing a triangle halo, so I had to google.
It seems that "This halo was developed intentionally to separate the Father from the Son and Holy Spirit. It is used only to represent a person of the Trinity, typically God the Father. The triangular halo was not instituted until the 11th century A.D. After the 16th century A.D., the image of God the Father ceased being used."
So your mural has all three persons of the trinity. It must be so old. So nice to have such things in one's town. Thanks for showing us.
