They appear to be looking at the little cafe with a bit of longing.
This is a great reflection photo. I've always wondered why mannequins look bored or angry. Perhaps they never like the clothes they are wearing?

I think William is right about mannequins and their expressions.
It looks like the balcony is beheading them! Cool reflection (but it isn't Weekend Reflections yet!)
Their expressions make them look like they are having a bad day or maybe they are wishing to be somewhere else!
You lined them up nicely, Karl.
They look a bit sad, maybe they are not so happy with the view at an empty terrace.
Strange how their head look cut off their body, because of the reflection on the display... Nice !
Perhaps they don't like being cooped up all the time?Great shot.
