I guess I would have to be Italian to get it. :-) Just so long as it works.
I guess credit means something else in Italian... I don't understand the link between credit and speeding.
It is meant: If you go too fast and cause an accident and die, you do NOT get a 2nd life!Or something like this, I think...

The top shot is a bit intringuing. Well done, Karl.
The message of this sign is not as clear as it could be, but it nothing wrong with the campaign. I'm glad you explained the image. Most interesting.
Quite a contrast between the sign and the environment.
Like many others, the meaning of the poster is lost to me. But, the sign is in English! I would not expect that.
I hope it works Karl, too many lives lost this way.
