Yes, and may the saints continue to watch over the firefighters.
Very interesting how the firefighter is pouring a bucket of water. Tom The Backroads Traveller
Funny it looks like it is an old one but in reality from 1984. I assume they don't do the same with their equipment otherwise the firefighters department is in a bad stage. Thanks for showing.
A work of art Karl.. thank heavens for the fire fighters!
Quite a different look for a saint!
A lovely work! I am fascinated by Ladin, which I find much more exotic than German, with some rare whiff of Italian/Latin roots. Please use it when you can...
This is gorgeous.
It is a lovely work of art, and hopefully it will encourage ever more respect for firefighters who are so important to our well-being!
It's lovely! I love this tradition of painting on the walls.
Ich liebe solche Wandmalereien die so typisch für die Alpen sind.
Patron saints link us to long traditions and impart a sense of rootedness. Lovely image. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
And I agree with VP's comment.
