I'm guessing the church goers had to park somewhere else.
I guess the Italian speakers parks everywhere...

Very cool photo, Karl. If that's a church, I'd guess then "customers" are worshippers... maybe?
Probably not a good idea to test that out... if the bylaw people are anything like the ones we have here, they tend to jump out and ticket you at the earliest opportunity.
