Do the colors mean anything? I know around here white bikes with flowers are usually a sign a biker has died on that spot. Funny finds! I hope that red bike is a customer, else he'll get towed!

I've seen other photos of colored bikes, recently. Maybe it's a new "thing." I like them, though, even if they are just decorative.
