These chair lifts and gondolas are a great way to get to the top for more fun skiing, but the chairs all seem empty. Perhaps the lifts were not running? They do make good subjects for photos.
Great shots Karl although the blue sky makes it a bit cold.

I'll take the gondola. The seats might be a bit to scary for me.
I imagine the chairs are on the way down after delivering skiers.

I love your photos and I would be right next to you on the ground with my camera. You'd never find me up there in one of those things!
