Horse riding is not allowed...

I must say, I have never seen a sign forbidding horseback riding! Such a lovely mountain shot!

If the sign were forbidding horses, wouldn't have a red slash through it? Perhaps this is just a warning to watch out for people on horses? Looks like a perfect place to go for a long ride. Great photo as always, Karl.

No, this sign prohibits the passage of persons on horseback.

Such a shame Karl..this looks like it would be a good spot to ride, maybe we don't see the dangers in this image.
