I'm not sure about "creativity." I would say people's nastiness and stupidity has no limits, though! :-)

Well that's definitely a unique one in the first shot Karl, in the second some poor soul will find his bike 'unrideable' when he returns hsha!

I'm always surprised at how similar the fonts of graffiti look in both the U.S. and Europe. The bicycle story is puzzling. Sometimes people remove wheels as security, but that's not what's going on here. Perhaps we'll never know. As always, you have a sharp eye.
