Johann Simon Haspinger (28 October 1776 - 12 January 1858) was a Catholic priest and leader of the Tyrolese revolt against Napoleon.

A Catholic priest was the leader of a Tyrolese revolt against Napoleon... I have to study a bit more history, thanks for the tip and for the image of the monument to this brave priest.
