You really have to pay attention to those signs!
I loved watching these driver's warnings while my friend's nephew drove us around the area.
I have driven in Europe, and I understand the yield sign, but I do not know what the 8 means. Maybe there is a bridge ahead with a clearance of 8 meters. 8 km per hour seems too slow for a speed limit.
Your signs need a visit of Clet Abraham...

There is a bridge... a bridge that supports a weight of not more than 8 tons.The small "t" stands for tons.
