The South Tyrol Gourmet Festival 1/3


South Tyrol is celebrating quality from June,2 to June,5 2011. For the first time in the history of South Tyrol all 12 South Tyrolean quality products are jointly celebrating a festival, and transforming Bolzano's old town into a tour of the senses with regional and authentic gastronomic delights and product islands.

The following products are of guaranteed quality and originate in South Tyrol: apples, milk, speck, bread,  apple studel and zelten, vegetables, berries and cherries, naturally cloudy apple juice, fresh slices of apple and dried fruit, honey, grappa, herbs and herbal plants, beef.

It's a smart idea for industries to join together to promote their products. Would love to taste each one.
