Good idea but my rule is "do not drive if you drink".
I think that's a terrific idea as some folks don't seem to be able to determine that for themselves. Artem has the right idea. If you have a drink, do not get behind the wheel of any vehicle.
Interesting, I've never seen anything like this. I wonder how long it will be before this arrives on our shores.
I agree with Lowell and Artem!
Or one might save a Euro (or a lot more) by not drinking and driving. My vote would be for wine with dinner and public transportation home.
When in doubt it's always a good idea to check, I agree Karl.
