Schüttelbrot


Schüttelbrot is a hard, crunchy flatbread made of rye flour, water, yeast, salt and spices.
Schüttelbrot is long-lasting and is traditionally eaten with bacon or cheese.

Looks like a delicious rye bread. A bacon or cheese topping would be perfect.
